OvationData are a leading global data management organization with primary offices in Houston and London. Our specialist data management facilities are fully equipped with world class technology and resources to ensure ultimate data confidentiality and security.  Our facilities include:

High Density Data Center & Computer Room

Fully equipped computer rooms and data centers featuring UPS power systems, Emerson climate control systems, raised floors, installations and hardware available to restore and process all types of data.
 
As an example, the OvationData Technology Center in Houston, Texas has over 40,000 sq.ft. of production and storage space. It is capable of handling a semi-trailer full of media at any one time. The facility has handled over 2 Million pieces of media and transferred over 1.5 Petabytes, that is of customer data. Within our Houston Technology Center, we have the collective system transfer capacity of over 500GB per hour.

Low Density Data Centers

Secondary low density data centers specialize in aging technology and equipment to handle challenging legacy data migration projects such as 7, 9 and 21 track open reel technology through to Travan, QIC and 4mm and 8mm tape technology.  If the tape technology existed, OvationData have it covered.

Scanning Facilities

Fully resourced scanning facilities for digitization of hard copy document of all sizes and types including X-ray, film, paper and seismic sections.

Media Vault

Premium off site physical asset management facililties for all types of media and storage devices. Each vault uses state of the art climate control technology which ensures a constant storage environment and is equipped with features such as 8 hour fire rating, VESDA, Laser Compact detector and an Inergen fire suppressant system, airlocks and fire doors.

Security

Electronic Security Systems – 24/7 monitored
Physical Security – swipe card access electronically controlled.
Visitor Access - Authorized visitors sign a visitor’s book and wear a visitor’s pass for the duration of the visit. Visitors must be accompanied by a OvationData staff member whilst within the facility.
